Well praise the Lord, may the Lord richly bless you. I greet in the name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Dr. Emmanuel our chief there in Nigeria, I commend you, I stand behind you and believing in you and what God is doing in your life.
I am sorry that this came a little bit late but because I had some emergencies here. I want to use this opportunity to say Dr. Emmanuel the job you are doing there with the cadets especially on the crisis response, with the work you are doing in the training and preparing the young men and young ladies, this men and women to serve their communities specially health wise and the phenomenal job and the struggle that you have had in trying to make this a success, and your beginning to see it’s paying off. So to you I commend you and also all of our cadets that are there that are involved with the International Christian Chaplains Association, the Rescue team or the crisis response as you would say but also I want to take the opportunity to specially. Specially appreciate and also to commend the Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA. I truly take my hat off to you and on behalf of our association here and worldwide like in Peru, El’savadore, Kenya and many other places especially Brazil where I I will be next week. I commend you, I take off my hat to you and I want to say thank you for allowing us the use of your barracks for whatever our needs and purposes are. So once again, I truly, truly appreciate you guys standing behind our chief there, standing behind our cadets they are preparing for such crisis response and helping the community in many, many ways and you are part of this great miracle and you are part of what is going to be taking place from now, even into the future because every person that takes their time, every person that is there to lift up the dream, the vision and the goal of this ministry specially with our cadets and our chief there in the Crisis Response, (the first responders) and that’s what you are doing and preparing themselves to be part of the miracle in your city.
