The Chaplaincy College of Health Science and Technology, Jos was birthed through divine inspiration and a deep compassion for humanity. The vision took form in 2016, within the College of Health sector, driven by a passion to bring physical, mental, and spiritual healing to communities through quality education and compassionate service.

From Vision to Reality

In its early stages, the College faced challenges due to delayed official approval. Yet, the founder remained steadfast — believing that the same God who called him would fulfill His promise in His perfect time. That faith has since been rewarded.

Beyond academic achievement, the College is deeply committed to producing healthcare professionals who will contribute meaningfully to the nation’s healthcare system. Our goal is to raise men and women who embody integrity, honesty, and genuine compassion — individuals who serve not merely as medical practitioners, but as ambassadors of healing and hope.

As a faith-based institution, the College continues to uphold its founding purpose — to provide holistic health education that ministers to both body and soul. The College works in close alignment with the overall mission of the Word of Truth and Chaplaincy Outreach, Jos, where medicine and ministry intertwine — in the spirit of Psalm 107:20: “He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”

At the forefront of this divine vision is Chaplain Akinsanmi Emmanuel, the Provost and Founding Chaplain — a man of faith, vision, and discipline. Under his inspired leadership, the College continues to train men and women who see healthcare not merely as a profession, but as a sacred calling to heal, to help, and to bring hope.
