About Us

The Chaplaincy College of Health Science and Technology is a government-recognized institution, duly incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The College is committed to integrating public health education with chaplaincy ministry, training men and women to serve as competent public health professionals and compassionate caregivers.

The College operates in partnership with the International Christian Chaplains Association (ICCA), USA, ensuring that all programmes meet acceptable professional and international standards in public health and chaplaincy practice.

Our Mission

To train Medical Chaplains who combine professional public health competence with spiritual and pastoral care, serving communities where medical, emotional, and spiritual support is limited.

NBTE Approval Status: Approved

Chaplaincy College of Health Science and Technology, Yan Trailer, Jos, Plateau State has received the approval of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to establish the institution, with effect from September 2026 (Letter Ref: C/TEB/467/VOL.VII/433, dated 23 September 2026).
